I created Consilium to help people enjoy rewarding, happy careers and to realise their full potential.
Young people about to enter the workplace or in their early years need more and better help.
We provide practical training and support through the early years. We develop skills and build confidence.
For leaders and managers we act as an extra pair of hands to help shape new teams, refresh existing ones or kickstart when urgent change is needed. In a rapidly changing environment we help people adapt and thrve.
I'm a hands on Board level executive with over 30 years experience in organisations of many different sizes and cultures. In the UK, Europe and globally, I built and led high performing teams.
Watching and learning from many outstanding people, I adopted, learnt and coached the common success factors for individual and organisational success. These are the skills and behaviours which consistently deliver results
- the key to both individual and organisational success.
Using that experience and expertise, at Consilium we inform, educate and train these workplace skills and behaviours.
We reach and support our future talent by working with higher education institutions, with employers, and directly with those in the early years of their career.
